PLAYE STORE REFUND POLICY
At PLAYE, we pride ourselves in offering you only quality products. All of our products have been checked by us. The products are manufactured, printed, and shipped from various distribution locations. Please make sure to follow the instructions below, should you need to return/exchange the product.
Because each product is custom made when your order is placed, refunds and returns need to be handled on a case basis. We cannot always do full refunds as these are custom products, but we will do our best to handle the situation and guide you accordingly. All reasons for returns/refunds must be communicated within 2 days of receiving the product, via email with proof of receipt image, product image and reasons. Send email to playecorp@gmail.com
Product arrived defective: Please take picture of the product, and your receipt. Send us email within 2 days of receiving the product to: playecorp@gmail.com. Upon inspection of the picture, we will guide you with the return/refund process.
Product size does not fit: If the product arrived with the size you ordered, but does not fit you. Please email us at playecorp@gmail.com.
Product size is incorrect: If the product arrived with a size different than what you ordered. Please email us at playecorp@gmail.com. Also, include a picture to show the size received and a picture of the receipt.
Package shows delivered, but I cannot find it: Please check your back door, patio, garage, mailbox etc. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If it’s still not found, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of delivery date.
Other reasons: Please email us within 2 days of receiving the package and describe your reason for finding the product unsatisfactory or need for return/exchange.
PLAYE USTA TOURNAMENTS REFUND POLICY
Please refer to the tournament overview page for the refund policy. If the player withdraws prior to registration date closing, then the player was not yet charged and there is no need for a refund. There will be no refunds if the withdrawals happens after the close of registration, once the player selection has been made. If the withdrawal happens once the tournament has started or draws have been published, there will be no refunds, regardless of reason, and the player results will be entered as a walkover win for the opponent.
